2、無級調溫型

(1)移(yi)相調壓型單元
主回路為空(kong)氣(qi)開關與(yu)可控硅模塊,測量回路為智能溫控儀配溫度傳(chuan)感器
控制原理:
溫控(kong)儀(yi)根據(ju)加(jia)熱設備介質出口(kou)溫度調節信號---移相脈沖信號----可控(kong)硅
輸出電壓平穩(wen)(wen),調(diao)節溫度平穩(wen)(wen)精確。
(2)占空比無(wu)級調功型
控制原(yuan)理:

3、(有級)多級型調溫單元
主(zhu)電路(lu)采(cai)用空氣開關與大功率可控硅(或交流(liu)接觸器),二次回路(lu)及測量回路(lu)為PLC、智能溫(wen)度控制儀(yi)表(biao)配(pei)溫(wen)度傳感器
控制原理:
溫度儀表——A/D轉換模塊——PLC(可編(bian)程控(kong)制(zhi)器)
采用多級(ji)控制(zhi)(zhi)技術即把電(dian)加熱(re)器分成N組,其中一組功(gong)率可調(diao),根據介質出口溫(wen)(wen)度,經運算后,控制(zhi)(zhi)系統自(zi)動(dong)控制(zhi)(zhi)N組加熱(re)器每組的(de)通(tong)(tong)(tong)斷(duan)(duan)(duan)及(ji)調(diao)功(gong)組加熱(re)器的(de)功(gong)率,達到(dao)無級(ji)調(diao)功(gong)的(de)目(mu)的(de),另外,一組通(tong)(tong)(tong)斷(duan)(duan)(duan)之后另一組延時(shi)3-5秒通(tong)(tong)(tong)斷(duan)(duan)(duan),不管是(shi)起動(dong)、停止時(shi)加熱(re)器每次的(de)通(tong)(tong)(tong)斷(duan)(duan)(duan)功(gong)率僅為總功(gong)率的(de)1/N,對電(dian)網的(de)影響(xiang)很(hen)小(xiao),使系統控制(zhi)(zhi)保持在最佳狀態,出口溫(wen)(wen)度控制(zhi)(zhi)在±2℃,從而(er)保證該裝置穩定運行。
當起始溫度測(ce)量值很低時投入更多的加熱組進行加熱,加熱器(qi)進行正常(chang)升溫工作。
當電加熱(re)器(qi)實際溫度(du)接(jie)近設(she)定值(zhi)時(shi),PLC控制程(cheng)序停止已投入的部分組的加熱(re),達(da)到設(she)定值(zhi),加熱(re)器(qi)處于恒(heng)溫狀(zhuang)態(tai)。
